I help leadership teams make decisions when progress is at risk.

I’m Ulana Liuzan, founder of Aspektis. I work with startups and established organizations to turn complexity, competing priorities, and stalled discussions into clear decisions teams can act on.

I have worked with Fortune 500 companies including Amazon, Wells Fargo, Lowe’s, and Ally, as well as fast growing startups. Across these environments, the challenge is rarely a lack of ideas. More often, it is deciding what to focus on, getting the right people aligned, and moving forward with confidence.

I began my career in UX design, where I learned the value of slowing down before jumping to solutions. That mindset continues to shape my work today. Whether the user is a customer, a leadership team, or the organization itself, clarity on the real problem is what creates momentum and meaningful progress.

Through Aspektis, I design and facilitate purpose built workshops that help leadership teams make clear decisions, align quickly, and move into action. The goal is always the same. Replace ongoing discussion with shared understanding, clear ownership, and next steps teams can actually execute.

I care deeply about the teams I work with and the outcomes they are responsible for. I am competitive by nature, not in winning arguments, but in helping teams simplify how they work, make better decisions, and reach their goals faster.

How I work

  • I don’t run generic workshops or reuse agendas

  • I design each engagement around the specific decision at hand

  • I challenge assumptions, force real tradeoffs, and keep conversations focused

  • I expect ownership and clear outcomes — not alignment theater
